What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?

Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing? Please can you refresh/restart/reinitialize the detection for Bulk Import Task fb9911e3-6bbb-4c98-aa85-eb7d47e4cbdc
It has been stuck for many weeks and other detection jobs are going through - I tried deleting / reuploading but got stuck again :frowning:

Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?

If this is a bulk import report, send the spreadsheet to services@wildme.org with the email subject line matching your bug report

If deleting an re-uploading the same spreadsheet has given you the same problem, please email us the spreadsheet so we can rule out any issues there.

Quick update: Detection completed on your import and it’s ready to be sent to identification.

Thanks @Anastasia, I reformatted the excel sheet to make sure numeric=numeric etc and it worked perfectly
