Search for individual gives duplicate in dropdown?

What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?
When I searched for Milcah using the search magnifying glass field at the top right of the page, I get a dropdown list that shows Milcah twice:

But when I select each of those it appears to be the same record (the url is the same): Wildbook for Carnivores

Obviously it’s showing differently in the search dropdown (brackets around one of the 2 names in the dropdown) but I have no idea why this is happening. The user sees this as a duplicate that needs fixing but I don’t believe it is. I’d like to explain why this is happening and, if possible, fix it so it doesn’t show and continue to cause confusion.

If someone can explain it to me, and how to fix it, I’d really appreciate it!

Thanks @MarkF. I haven’t heard back from the user on this yet and haven’t found another example myself. If she or I do, I’ll let you know.
