Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?
The option for sending to identification in the Bulk Import area does not allow the selection of the additional Hotspotter algorithm, but individual matching does. Is there a way to do this without individually beginning matches?

Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?

Great question. We generally do not support HotSpotter with bulk import because it can be very slow, especially when candidate Encounters to match against get into the thousands. That said, HotSpotter is still a great tool for matching.

Would an acceptable alternative to full HotSpotter on bulk import be to run HotSpotter only on unidentified Encounters after MiewID processing has allowed you to make some matches? Or do you think simultaneous HotSpotter and MiewID would be best?
