Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?

I’ve been using a shared MMF intern login for whaleshark.org (MMF Mozambique), then I also had an intern login for the leopard shark wildbook (MMF-Moz), as well as my personal login with admin privileges (AFlam). I’m trying to log in with my personal login for the leopard shark wildbook, but I cannot. The old whale shark login works, but neither of the leopard shark logins work.

I also cannot see that the leopard shark encounters from either of those accounts on the old whale shark login which is working, so I don’t think the accounts were merged.

How can I recover both of the leopard shark logins?

Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?

I’m so sorry; I created a ticket for this and swear that I posted about it herein on Friday. It’s on the docket; high up on the queue.

We’re tracking this internally as ticket WB-1869. I’ll follow up here when I’m/we are done.
