Sharkbook encounter bug - I3s/Groth is stuck

Hi,

This seems to be an isolated incident. Just for this encounter, the i3s/Groth spot map results appear to be stuck. Not sure why as many others are working without issue - but this particular encounter is struggling. Can you please check?

Thanks for the heads up. I’ve resent the scan task and it has results now.

As an admin, you can fix this on your own in the future with these steps:

  1. Copy the encounter ID from the encounter URL (everything after “number=”)
  2. Go to Administer > Grid Administration and click on Show All scanTasks
  3. Press Ctrl + F (for PC) or Cmd + F (for Mac) and paste the encounter number in the search box
  4. Left side spots will show up as “scanL” followed by the encounter number or “scanR” plus the encounter number for right side spots. Click on the Restart button next to the row that matches your encounter number.
