When opening an encounter it is taking many minutes for the encounter to load, and sometimes is timing out. The menu options on the image for example, where you can add annotations / start match, are not appearing for some time as the encounter is loading so slowly.
When opening encounters it looks like its loaded sometimes but we are still unable to edit anything for some time until it wakes up and starts showing the menu options.
