Sharkbook - running very slow

Sharkbook is running super slow, whether its uploading images, reviewing match results, adding spot patterns, or running searches.

Can you please have a look at why its slowed down so much please? This weekend I plan to get lots of work done and at this rate I will not get very far as its running about 10 times slower than normal.

Thanks for the heads up!

The queue is empty, disk space is good, and WBIA seems healthy. I didn’t notice anything unusual with the test encounters I worked on, either. I suspect this may have been an intermittent issue, but I’ve let Jason know and we’ll keep an eye on Sharkbook.
