Sharkbook: stuck Waiting for results

What happened?
Whenever I add a new entry (photo) and try to process the “start match”, the analysis lauches but remain on Version “Waiting for results” for hours. I thought maybe there is no match and it struggles, but I even tried with photos that were already in my database and still no results. I did process the “add annotation” and “spot mappping” before running the matching process but still nothing. Is there something I missed? see attached screenshot

Hi @hlassauce

I spot-checked a few of your recent encounters and I can see match results for them. It looks like there was a large spike in ID jobs last night, which likely caused the long wait time. Sharkbook is gradually getting through the backlog.

You can also refer to the Matching FAQ to check what the statuses on the match page mean.
