I have an individual called 700930 but I made a mistake of combining two individuals under one name and now i want to split them in two. If i go to the encounter page and change the ID from 700930 to 700913 for the selected individuals, it does the change for all the individuals. How can i manually regroup by individuals once they are already assigned to an individual id.

Good question! We have an answer for this in our Merging FAQ help docs:
How do I unmerge two animals?
Click the Edit button in the Identity section of an encounter. Under Manage Identity, click “Remove from marked individual.”
After removing the incorrect ID from the individual, you can enter the correct one in the Set new individual ID field if it’s a new individual or enter it in the Add to existing individual ID field if the individual already exists in Wildbook.
