Spot A Shark WildBook Down

In which Wildbook did the issue occur? Spot A Shark - both the USA and AUS (although we work on the USA platform)

What operating system were you using? Windows 10 Enterprise

What web browser were you using? Initially Chrome, but also attempted on FireFox and Microsoft Edge

What is your role on the site? Admin/Researcher

What happened? and both will not load for a significant amount of time before an error 502: Bad Gateway appears.

What did you expect to happen? The WildBook to load as normal.

What are some steps we could take to reproduce the issue? Visit the two websites. :slight_smile:
