Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?
I used bulk import and it got stuck in the detection stage again, is there any way to prevent this?

Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?

Dear Anastasia, I had sent my spreadsheet to this email, but it came back saying the email doesn’t exist. Can you confirm this is the right email address? Thank you in advance.

I’m sorry, there was a typo in the initial email address I typed out. It should go to services@wildme.org

Thanks for sending your spreadsheet! It looks good to me, so we’re continuing to investigate what’s going on with WBIA that’s not returning detections even when I force it to restart.
