My bulk report is stuck in Identification.
Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?
My bulk report got stuck in identification, so then I deleted the bulk import to do it again. However it got stuck again. The bulk import Id is: Import Task 70ffb9b6-cc87-4ec4-8c9b-b79ad324a861

Thanks for your patience. Your spreadsheet is good! There’s just a big backlog today in Flukebook for bulk import jobs, so it may take several hours for identification to complete.
@Anastasia Thank you for your help, however, I don’t see an improvement, it has been hours, it saying a turnaround of 3 minutes and I uploaded 24hours ago. Is there anything I can do to make this import work and continue on with other imports as I have about 50 dates I need to upload.
I’ll need more time to investigate, but the short answer is that there isn’t anything on the user side that can be done to make imports process faster.
Today’s queue is bigger than yesterday’s, but I’m not seeing any obvious reasons so far that would leave your import in waiting to queue status for this long. Thanks for your patience.

However since the import is taking so long, I tried resubmitting and that doesnt work either. So we moved on to trying different dates, so new bulk imports and they all get stuck in identification too. For example: Import Task 4f4732d1-cb8a-49b2-b46c-9c16a2cc7a3e
