Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?

We no longer wish to use Hotspotter for any species due to the performance penalty it incurs.
Please activate Mieuw ID for Brown Hyaenas and switch off Hotspotter for Bulk Imports. (We can leave it on as an option for manual matching - if that is not too difficult to do.)

Just to clarify, are you asking for MiewID only on just hyaena brunnea?

Thanks for clarifying.

We need only MiewID for all species via Bulk Imports, this includes Brown Hyaenas, Striped Hyaenas, and all the Genet species in ACW.

Hotspotter can be left available for Manual Matching from a single encounter level.
