What Wildbook are you working in? GiraffeSpotter
What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?
Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?
When I search for any of my uploaded encounters it just says “There are no records to display”. When I go to my projects, the encounters I uploaded to the project are there.
I am also getting “there was an error with task 218cf9ef-7477-447c-8e91-ed6f5df8de7e: No data to match against, please refine your matching parameters.”, whenever I try to match any encounter in my project.
Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?

Hi @MRodgers, welcome!
I’ll need a little more time to dig into the encounter indexing issue and the misbehaving match results. Thanks for your patience!
Hi!
Thank you for your attention to my issue.
Will be waiting patiently for your feedback.
Thanks for hanging in there. We restarted GiraffeSpotter and it’s now working on indexing your encounters. It may take about an hour or so for indexing to complete.
There was a configuration issue on our side that was preventing identification for Giraffa giraffa from starting. If you restart your matches, they should work now but I recommend waiting until your encounters finish indexing to make sure they’re being included in the match pool.
I can see all my encounters and the matching is working well now.
Thank you!

Unfortunately, the same issues started again. No records in “My Encounters” and no data to match against.

Thanks for letting me know. I’ll let you know when it’s behaving again.
Try again now, I’m seeing results again.
