Timeout popup does not display on new React screens

Per the subject line, the timeout popup is not displaying on the new React screens.

Is this the correct video? I don’t see any react pages in it.

The only react pages we have right now are on the sign in page (/react/login/) and the home page (/react/home). Your video shows the bulk import page (/import.jsp) and login confirmation page (welcome.jsp) and I didn’t see any unusual behavior in it.
