What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred? Wildbook for Giraffe

Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing? I’m trying to export a subset of images from GiraffeSpotter using the COCO tool and request keeps timing out. I’ve tried to do this with varying sets of data as I thought it may be the volume at first but even with a small sample its timing out.

Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing? Try to export a set of data using a location filter in the COCO format.

Hi @jenna

Thanks for raising this. Timeouts can happen for large exports. Two quick questions:

  1. Can you share the search result URL (e.g., via Encounter Search Classic) so we can test any fix against it?
  2. Is there any chance you use Anthropic Claude Code or OpenAI Codex? There are now ways those can access your data via a security token. Happy to share how that works, and it might be faster and easier to use.
