What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?

Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?
I noticed that in the image analysis process, all photos seemed to be compared to only one particular photo, rather than a global comparison of each photo against every other photo. (I suspect that the specific photo they are all being compared to was one that I uploaded individually, not in a batch.)

Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?

Thanks for sending your spreadsheets!

It looks like there’s only one encounter in the system with the location ID “Sun Creek, OR” which is why that’s the only match results displaying on your imports. In your spreadsheets, you have the location ID entered as “Sun Cr, OR”.

You’ll want to fix the location ID name in your spreadsheets, delete the bulk imports, and then re-import them with the updated spreadsheets.

We actually plan on incorporating a way for users to update the location IDs of a bulk import in a future Wildbook update (version 10.8.0), but in the meantime the options are either:

  1. Manually change the location ID for each imported encounter or
  2. Delete the import and start over with a corrected spreadsheet.
