What Wildbook are you working in?
I am using Flukebook.

What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?

Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?
I have tried to change our username from cclarke to DMAD

Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?
So we would go to user profile and change the username from cclarke to either DMAD or info@dmad.org.tr and it never changes.

Hi @DMAD

Only admins can change usernames. Users are only able to change the name associated with their account.

I’ve updated your username to “DMAD” so make sure to enter that in the username field the next time you sign into Flukebook.
