In which Wildbook did the issue occur?

What happened?
Uploaded encounter on IOT. Was logged out during the upload. No I am unable to delete the Unassigned encounter. See here: Internet of Turtles
Need assistance in deleting this encounter. Thank you

What are some steps we could take to reproduce the issue?
