Unable to set 'match' due to permissions

Update: I was able to set this match when I logged into our Aquarium of the Pacific Admin acount.

It looks like it was able to set the ID on the encounter correctly despite the error message you saw:

Yes, I logged in as Aquarium of the Pacific (Admin account) and was able to set the match.

Ah, so you meant hat when you tried to use your personal account, it didn’t work so you had to log into the org account to set the ID.

The encounter you tried to set the match on is owned by Jessica. Do you have an edit-level collaboration with her on your personal account? If you’re not sure, you can go to your account page and check the collaborations list to see if your collaboration is set to view only or edit.
