What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?

Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing? I’m cleaning up some previous work where there were incorrect (or no) annotations and would like to send the entire batch to identification but I’m unable to. I do not have access to the spreadsheet.

Would you be able to initiation Identification on your end? If so, please select Southern California (and all sub-locations) for the match.

Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?

I’ve re-sent this import to identification using Southern California and its sub-locations.

Thank you Anastasia, I looked and they all say ‘queued’ and if I try to look at the match results it’s the ‘trying to fetch results’ message which lately means that I need to restart the match. Can you take a look?

Good to hear! The IoT queue looked pretty busy yesterday, so it makes sene it needed more time to finish.
