Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing? An unknown error with bulk import. Brought to my attention by another user, and I was unable to rectify the issue. I cannot see anything wrong with the xlsx, and it successfully goes through the table review page.

I don’t see the spreadsheet for this import in my inbox. Do you mind sending it again? This error usually means the import was deleted or there is an issue with the spreadsheet file.

Thanks! A couple of things to try since I wasn’t able to replicate the same error in testing:

  • Re-save the spreadsheet as .csv and save it back to .xlxs
  • Change the cell format for all rows to “Text”
  • Remove empty columns

If you still have trouble and you’re seeing the same error, can you send me a few of the images from this import so I can keep investigating?
