What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?

Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?
User cannot get xlsx file to upload from Mac, works from my PC

Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?

Hi @PaulK

I’m on a Mac and I was able to upload the spreadsheet normally, too. Do you have specific details from the user about what they mean when they can’t get it to upload? Is there an error message they’re seeing and if so, what is it? What browser did the issue occur in?

I will try to find out more about this from the user. Been struggling with internet connection so that may also be an issue.
