User can't log in but OrgAdmin can

What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?

Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?
I’m an OrgAdmin and I can check users under my organization. One of the user cannot log in anymore although the password/username has not changed. I tried logging in with their username/password and it works. The user tried using different browser but none of them worked.

Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?

Have you verified that the user is signing in with the username and not their email address? This is the most common cause of sign-in issues.

Yes I did check, she sent me a screenshot

It’s only working on her phone now, still not on the computer.

  • Does she have an ad-blocker enabled? If so, have her try disabling for ACW and try signing in again.
  • Was she able to sign into ACW from the same browser before?
  • Which browser is she using that’s giving her the sign-in issues?
