User getting errors instead of match results

What happened?
A user reported getting quite a few errors instead of match results in 3 recent bulk imports. I re-ran 2 of them through Identification and she has reported that she’s still seeing errors. here are 2 examples of encounters whose match results display an error message:

What did you expect to happen? match results to display

What are some steps we could take to reproduce the issue?

If this is a bulk import report, send the spreadsheet to with the email subject line matching your bug report

I have asked the user to send the spreadsheet to the services email address.

One of our ML servers (used for ACW) ran out of disk space this weekend. These look like jobs that were affected. The server has room again, and I just re-ran these jobs and they completed successfully (but no matches):

If you see other example, please resend them to ID.
