What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?

Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?
I have uploaded a bulk import to Flukebook a week ago and it is still attempting to fetch results when I am trying to see the matches
Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?

Hi @Yaly

I checked a few different encounters from your recent bulk import and I can see the match results for them load right away. Can you post the links to any of the encounters where match results aren’t loading for you so I can research this more?

Of the links you posted, only this one hasn’t loaded for me.

I’ve learned that two things are contributing to the slow ID times:

  • WBIA has been rebuilding its cache each time it has to be restarted
  • Our new MiewId algorithm on Flukebook seems to have a bug causing it to take more time than anticipated to do some matches. This has caused a large queue to build up and is contributing to the wait times you’ve experienced.

We’re working on getting the queue to work faster as we resolve the above two issues. I’m sorry about the delay.
