It looks like someone tried to upload photos, but all we got was a list of jpeg file names? This is a new one for me!
Is there anyway to get the image files??

It looks like Billy uploaded an MP4 video file and called it a jpeg?
I’m betting that this is the problem.
Is Billy somebody that you know and could notify about this issue?

Unfortunately, he did not leave an email address. We have not had any submissions from him before. We also checked our social media accounts, but have no contact with him there either.
Ugh…
i forgot to ask - is there any way to extract the video file from what you have access to?
