When trying to look at the identification results it gives me an "error initiating IA job"

What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?

Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing? When the bulk import is finished and the identifications appears as finished, I clicked in the class link and it opens the tab saying that thee is an error initiating IA job.

Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?

Thanks for letting me know. I’m working on this with the devs as there seems to have been an error during the identification process that marked these as complete when they actually weren’t. I’ll let you know as soon as I have an update.

I’m resending it to ID and it should hopefully resolve the errors. When it’s done, let me know if you still have trouble viewing match results.

I just spot-checked a few match results for this import today and they appear to be working now.
