Whiskerbook bulk import stuck - 0 detections completed after 1 week

In which Wildbook did the issue occur? Whiskerbook

What operating system were you using? Win11

What web browser were you using? latest chrome

What is your role on the site? admin + researcher

What happened?
A user reported to me that a bulk import they uploaded last week appears stuck as it hasn’t completed any detections in that time

What did you expect to happen? completed detections by now

If this is a bulk import report, send the spreadsheet to services@wildme.org with the email subject line matching your bug report
I’ve asked the user to send me her spreadsheet which I’ll forward as soon as I receive it.

Update: I’ve now forwarded the source bulk import spreadsheet to the services at wild me email address. I had a look and I don’t think it’s the source of the issue but obviously I could have missed something.

Thanks for sending the spreadsheet! It looks good to me.

I’ve manually pushed this import through detection and it’s now ready for ID.
