Do you know if there was something wrong in the data we imported (so we don’t do it again next time) or if it was “not our fault” ?
No, I don’t believe so. I’ve noticed an increase in support requests for imports getting stuck in detection this week across multiple Wildbooks, so it’s likely something going on with WBIA that’s causing it. Please let us know if you continue to run into this.
