What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?

Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?
User uploaded a bulk import yesterday morning and sent it to detection. It’s been showing as 137/138 complete since yesterday with no further progress.

I’ve asked the user to send me his spreadsheet but I’m not sure this is a spreadsheet issue. Could someone please check? I’ll forward the spreadsheet as soon as I receive it.
