Whiskerbook seems stuck or very slow

I was doing some training at 6am my time this morning and because ACW was down, I moved to demo’ing functionality on Whiskerbook. At the time, I noticed that one of the bulk imports in the list was showing as “registering image assets (64/64)” and it’s 4hrs later and I’m still seeing the same message:

Also, this bulk import has been stuck at 17/64 detections complete since around the same time this am, about 4hrs ago.

So I’m wondering if there’s a problem on the WBIA end? Anyway, something’s holding up data processing in WKB.

Thanks for the heads up! We’re looking into why these imports aren’t completing detection.
