I’m having trouble logging into my researcher level account on zebra wildbook.
My login information is not working, and when I put in a request to change my password, I don’t get any email or message allowing me to reset it. This started saturday and has been a problem ever since. I’m not sure if the problem is somehow on my end or whether it is related to the system, but either way, I’d like to reset my credentials so I can access my account and fully utilize the database.
