Thanks for letting us know. I’m looking into it now.

Thanks Anastasia
In addition, it seems that I am currently not able to match any of my encounters… they are all getting stuck on ‘attempting to fetch results’
Is there a back end problem or something?
Thanks

Both of those sound like something’s going on in WBIA. We’re still working on it. Thanks for hanging in there while we sort things out.

Hi @Yaly

It looks like these images were TIFF files that weren’t properly converted to jpg files, such as someone just manually changing the filename from “.tiff” to “.jpg”. Raw image formats aren’t supported in Wildbooks. You’ll need to use photo editing software to convert and resize your images before importing them again so that they’ll load correctly in Flukebook.

You can review our photography guidelines in our help docs: Photography Guidelines - Wild Me Documentation

This is very weird… all the rest of the photographs were uploaded just fine… maybe something happened during copying
It works now
thank you
