Bulk Import Stuck at Detection Phase

Today, I was teaching some colleagues how to perform bulk imports, but we encountered an issue where all our imports got stuck at the detection phase. The process does not even begin detection, showing “0/number of images” indefinitely.

This seems to be a common issue, but today we were unable to complete a single bulk import because of it. Here is an example of an import that remains stuck

Could you please check if there is a general issue with the detection process? And could you re-send to detect the bulk import?

Thanks!!

Hi @AntonAB

I re-sent this import to detection and it completed without issue. I’m not sure what caused it, but I’m checking for any other stuck imports now to get them back in the queue. Let me know if you find any that haven’t completed detection.

The following bulk import (the first I tried after the other) I created also got stuck in detection. Could you take a look at it? Thank you very much!

It looks like it completed detection between the time you posted and just now when I checked on it. This import is ready for identification.

Hi Anastasia,

Thanks for your reply.

It seems that the detection process is taking an unusually long time. Today, I submitted another bulk import, and I’m still waiting for it to complete.

I’m not sure if it’s still processing or if it’s stuck in the detection phase. It doesn’t seem normal for it to take this long. Could you please check if everything is working correctly?

Thanks in advance for your support.

WBIA looks good today so I’m not sure what may have caused it not to complete the first time around. I re-sent this import to detection and it’s complete and ready for identification.
