Sorry, I was just trying to work with consolidated accounts again, but when I consolidated the accounts, it changed the WEI Volunteers account to match my details… then when I changed my own account’s full name back to Rowan Watt-Pringle, there is no longer a record that I can find anywhere of the WEI Volunteers account So not really sure what’s going on! Could you please check on what happened to the WEI Volunteers account?
Second thing is that the field staff did not make sure the volunteers logged into the account when they were uploading some encounters (which I have now reinforced again that they need to make sure they do!), so could you please assign the following encounters below to my account? Sorry for the hassle!
In addition to this, the database seems to have duplicated some sightings they uploaded. I checked with the staff and they said sightings were definitely only loaded once, so thought I would flag for you in case there is a bug. The duplicates are in the list below separated by a double stroke - //
48502fdc-5fc0-4c62-99b8-e854a546f554 // 25db82bc-74c3-4505-8b43-63d8dde2a893 (both of these duplicates seem to have had an issue with the images as well)

This is totally expected behavior! As soon as you consolidate that account, it merges into yours and no longer exists. Each time you merge, we’ll have to create the volunteer account anew and make sure that the full name matches that of your account. I changed your user’s full name to “WEI Volunteers” again. The “WEI Volunteers” user has the same password as it did last time (see email from Sept. 1 from mark@wildme.org).

Done.

There is definitely something weird going on here. I couldn’t immediately figure it out, but I’ve made an investigatory ticket for it (WB-1806) and will report back.
Let me know if any of that doesn’t make sense
Everything makes sense, even the weird stuff. Thanks for the detailed documentation!
Cheers,
Mark
one more thing I’ve discovered, for the following encounters:
579d4839-173f-4c1d-9496-1238010d2e9e
d645c6b4-8de8-4670-b8ab-001d24b924fb
The software hasn’t annotated the photo but it also won’t complete the manual annotation - I can select the side, but then it won’t bring up the dropdown menu for Class.
