Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?
when trying to match results it gives hit info: error initiating IA job
it actually seems, all the ones I try give the same error now.
It looks like these are part of the same import that’s still working its way through the queue: Wildbook for Giraffe | Login
You can see the ID status is still “queueing” or “waiting to queue” for many of these. I recommend waiting for this to finish going through identification before reviewing your match results.
Then it is probably stuck? It has been a week or so now…
Thanks for letting me know. I’ve re-sent it to identification. It may have gotten caught up in the disk space issue from last week and never restarted itself when it was interrupted.
Sorry to keep bothering you. But now I keep getting this, with most of the Bulk Import photos I want to match. And it does not show me any results.
Thanks for the update. Is it just this bulk import that you’re having problems with or are there others?
I’ll look into why these aren’t completing.
Just wanted to follow up to let you know GiraffeSpotter has a massive job queue it’s gradually getting through and this import is still progressing normally.
