It looks like the Location ID you entered is not a valid location ID that exists in ARW (you entered “05”). When this happens, ARW tries to match your encounters against every location ID in your Wildbook, which with the volume of data Hotspotter takes to run, can take days.
It does like like you’ve resent this to ID today and it’s still processing, so you’ll need to be patient while it completes.
In the future, you’ll want to make sure the Encounter.locationID field in your spreadsheet matches one of the location names in the Location ID menu of the Report an encounter page. This restricts match candidates to only the location you’ve entered.
