Keyword annotation of photos has vanished

What happened? I cant see how to add keywords to images anymore

Keywords are still available and working on your platform, but accessing them is a little different and we did not warn you about that! Sorry!
To add keywords now, you click and expand the image in the encounter, and then keyword is selectable in the upper left:
