I think you’re in luck, because there’s an update coming to Flukebook quite soon as part of our user reconciliation effort that will make encounters that are missing submitters belong to Public, at which point, you should be able to edit the encounters more readily. I’ll report back here when the fix has been deployed to Flukebook. It’s being tracked internally as WB-1673.
