What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?

We had a naming system in place that was decided in a former post (Grouperspotter Individual ID) where, after selecting matches on the match results page, you could check a box and set an individual name based on the ID (e.g., the 3rd individual matched from the location Little Cayman would be labeled LC00003, 10th LC00010, and so on). However, the option to check that box is no longer available after the site was reset.
Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?
Go to match results page, check the box to confirm matches, and then set individual name on that page.
