Was the encounter these matches came from deleted? When going back to the encounter associated with these results, I got a 404 not found error, which would usually occur when an encounter is deleted: http://zebra.wildme.org/react/encounter?number=bf45021d-74ba-4e5a-a023-8b59c9775bd6
No, there are not deleted. Try this one.

Thank you! There does appear to be a problem with image analysis right now. I’ll need a little more time to get that taken care of.
Thanks for your patience. The issue that caused image analysis to fail was corrected and we re-sent this encounter back to ID and it has match results now. Since this was part of an import where other encounters may have run into the same issue, my suggestion is to re-run ID for this import and you that should clear out the matching errors.
