What happened?
User reporting several encounters within some batches returning “error initiating IA job” on match result page. Possibly this same issue as zebra No match results- AI error ?
What did you expect to happen?
Match result page to load, or the ability to send all unidentified to rematch again if it was a glitch. There are several large bulk imports impacted (not all encounters).
What are some steps we could take to reproduce the issue?
If I resend single encounter to match it works but there are so many. But I cannot send the import to rematch as the job is still pending, even when it is completed which is odd. Perhaps you could force resend for these 6 jobs?
