What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred? Wildbook for Sand Tigers | Login

Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing? i should get an email everytime someone uploads a new encounter, but I am not.

Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing? upload a test encounter and see if i get an email.

If this is a bulk import report, send the spreadsheet to services@wildme.org with the email subject line matching your bug report

Hi @Carol

I checked our outbound message dashboard and it shows that your email address was unsubscribed on January 11, 2024. Since this has been a recurring issue for you, I suspect that the ncaquariums domain is filtering or flagging those notification emails from us resulting in the unsubscribe status. I’m working with Mailchimp to get a better understanding of what’s happening. I’ll let you know when I have an update.
