Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?
The encounter is showing as assigned to a marked individual but when we try to remove it from the marked individual, we get this: Error: You can’t remove this encounter from a marked individual because it is not assigned to one.
Then when we try to delete the encounter record, we get this: Encounter xxxxxx is assigned to a Marked Individual and cannot be deleted until it has been removed from that individual.
Can someone please delete this encounter or fix the issue not allowing users or admins to delete it ?
This can happen when the individual has existing social relationships. If you remove the social relationships form the individual page first, you should then be able to remove the identity and then delete the encounter.
I’ve made a ticket to improve the error message for this use case.
