You reported a similar issue recently that we still have an open ticket for: Unable to delete an encounter on Whiskerbook
It’s because these individuals have a social relationship present. You can’t delete the only encounter associated with an individual without first removing the social relationship.
When I have an update on the revised error message, I’ll share it in the original thread.
