Unable to export data

Hi @Anastasia ,

I’ve tried several times, but I can’t extract our data in the Excel file.

How I try to do it :

I’m on a standard ADSL connection, not particularly slow even though it’s not fiber.

Hi @Lucas

This is a pretty large export of over 4400 encounters. Whiskerbook is likely timing out for you before it can finish generating the file. I was able to download it without issue, so I’ll email it to you shortly.

I am still unable to export our data in Excel (Encounter Annotation Export), which is necessary for data processing (for example, we use our exported data to create light “individual monitoring sheets” for communication and other purposes, to make stats, to have monthly backups, etc).

I am at my workplace, with another PC and another internet connection. I am wired (and not Wi-Fi) with a normal ADSL internet connection. Between us, I don’t think the user connection speed should really matter since I guess all the hard work is done on the server side and the Excel file to be downloaded at the end weighs almost nothing (6Mb).

It’s still not working because of a 504 timeout (For the record, I had made a video recording)
