"Confirm No Match" functionality

What Wildbook should this feature be in? ACW

Hi there,

I may be misunderstanding but it looks like there’s functionality in the Amphibian and Reptile Wildbook that we would like to have in ACW. There is a feature called “Confirm no match” mentioned in this post: "No match" confirmation is not possible

I’d submitted a feature request on this here: Ability to mark a match result as "not a match" but at the time, Tanya mentioned that it was going to be only in Codex.

Is it the same thing and if so, if it has been developed within the current Wildbook code, can we get it deployed to ACW?

The option to Confirm no match appears when you’re making matches within projects. It’s different than what you asked about in your linked feature request because it’s only meant to document that a match wasn’t found from the available candidates. The original request was:

@ACWadmin1

The ability to mark system-proposed matches as “Not A Match” in order to exclude it from future match results.

This is still not planned for Wildbook, so I’m moving this from a feature request to support and resolving.
